Who is a Rahab?

She's a woman who wants to counteract the effects of abuse, rejection, pain and loss of self- worth that came about from unhealthy relationships. She may have been born into an abusive home, felt forced into an unhappy marriage, or just led by her emotions down a path of poor choices. It doesn't matter how she got there or what mistakes she made - it all can be healed and repaired!

The Rahab Group meets monthly and provides:

Practical guidance to deal with abuse
    Healing from the past
Courage and strength to build your future
    Inspiration to connect with God
    Personal counseling
Faith to believe in yourself like never before!

Rahab Group meeting in Houston - June 1

Rahabs from all over the Metro-Houston area are gathering to make an impact!

What is a Rahab?  She's a woman who wants to counteract the effects of abuse, rejection, pain and loss of self-worth that came about from unhealthy relationships.  She may have been born into an abusive home, felt forced into an unhappy marriage, or just led by her emotions down a path of poor choices.  It  doesn't matter how she got there or what mistakes she made - it all can be healed and repaired.

A Rahab learns to love herself, let the past go, and more than anything, she's a fighter to see that her life  becomes an example of victory, not victimhood.

If you are going through the struggles of an abusive relationship, if abuse played a part in your past, if you have a hatred for abuse and want to reach out to women who are suffering, the Rahab Group is for you.  Join us!

Women Who Fight

Trauma, abuse, rejection, heartbreak, depression, loneliness.  I'm sure you are all tired of these terms and tired of living them.  One thing you may not know is that there are many more women who are feeling exactly like you, who have gone through very similar struggles and losses, and who are ready for something new - just like you.

The Rahab Project is NOT a group for women who are looking for a place to commiserate and lick their wounds.  It's meant for women who are ready for positive change, for support and for motivation to take the steps they need to leave a painful past behind, once and for all.

Rahabs from your churches and cities will be meeting once a month for practical and spiritual advice on dealing with the whole spectrum of struggles that women go through, from domestic violence to divorce, the loss of a loved one or the challenge of starting on a new path in life alone.  Many women have wounds from their past that have never healed.  The Rahab Project is here to help you in all of these areas.

The Rahab Project exists in every continent of the world, under the umbrella of the Godllywood organization, reaching out to women of every walk of life.

The Rahab Project USA is based in Houston Texas, and linked to the Succeed in Life Church in English and the Pare de Sufrir Church in Spanish.
